"An eye for an eye will only make the whole world blind"
Anger is a strong emotion, but how its expressed can lead to the wrong actions. It is not to be confused with Domestic Violence, as Domestic Violence has other components which can lead to physical and verbal abuse.
Anger Management (AM) classes are ordered by the courts for any number of reasons which would be considered mandatory classes. Anger management classes can also be taken without any mandatory requirements, such as for personal growth, or at the request of an individual, employer or relative. They may also be ordered by the probation department, as a component of a plea bargain, or for minor law violations. Community Intervention & Educational Services offers a structured program in a group setting which offers a chance for client’s to learn alternative avenues to deal with their anger in a non-violent or non-aggressive manner.
